Return and Refund Policy
At Qivo, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your product, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms:
1. Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible products.
2. Condition of Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in new, unused condition and must include all original packaging (such as the original box, accessories, manuals, etc.).
3. Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is successfully delivered.
4. Returns and Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with proof of the damage (such as photos or videos). Once verified, we will guide you through the process for a return or exchange.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased under clearance or sale.
- Custom-made products.
6. International Returns
We do accept returns for international orders under the same conditions as domestic returns. However, please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.
7. No Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
8. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned product, please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
9. How to Initiate a Return
